About Project Finance & Development
Dwight Saathoff formed Project Finance & Development in 2006 with the intent of conceiving and building creative new projects in Central Florida. Dwight was confident that with the right team and a little foresight and patience, PFD could create inspiring and compelling communities that would help change the trajectory of more typical, generally unimaginative development concepts regularly seen throughout the area.
