President
Founder and President of Project Finance & Development, Dwight leads the company’s investment and development activities. While the company owns income producing properties throughout the country its development activities, to date, have been focused in Central Florida. Dwight’s legal experience and knowledge of the real estate industry propelled him into forming PFD, but it is his passion for creating unique properties that transform communities and enhance lifestyles that drive the business objective.
As a member of The Florida Bar, Dwight practiced law for 20 years before starting Project Finance & Development. During his legal career, Dwight was a shareholder at national firms Holland & Knight and Akerman Senterfitt where his practice focused extensively in zoning, land use and in creative financing strategies for accelerating the construction of public schools and roads. Dwight earned a BSBA (Economics) and Juris Doctor, both from the University of Florida, and has been listed several times in Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite, The Best Lawyers in America, and Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers.
